Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Canor Sans made the kick off and thus started the match. Canor Sans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Vänersborg SC's Jörgen Gadd got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 11 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 18 played minutes Vänersborg SC got a freekick which was hit by Alf Siöman. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stewart Tongs having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Canor Sans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alf Siöman's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alf Siöman helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes Vänersborg SC got a freekick which was hit by Alf Siöman. In the 34th minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Canor Sans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 42nd minute, Canor Sans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vänersborg SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vänersborg SC's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stewart Tongs came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Canor Sans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bobbo Viking fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. The supporters of Germany booed when Vänersborg SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Canor Sans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stewart Tongs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 81st minute of the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Canor Sans in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Bobbo Viking ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 91 minutes into the match, Vänersborg SC's goalkeeper Stewart Tongs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Frank Sachs put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Stewart Tongs. Vänersborg SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
