Lucjan Sedzikowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vagn Kildebro. Vagn Kildebro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Liu Hui Qi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilson Amorim was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. 22 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Al Bundy. Lucjan Sedzikowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liu Hui Qi had several of the Portugal's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 46 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-3 score and a disappointed Wilson Amorim as he didn't even see the shot coming. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 3-3 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. A collision led to Randkleve getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Jørgen Eisland hit a great ball. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liu Hui Qi in the 75th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Liu Hui Qi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-3. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Liu Hui Qi went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-3 was the resulting score. Unndór Takeris hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Randkleve were the better team. Randkleve's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
