Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Wilson Amorim was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Frederik Dhondt. In the 6th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Maghiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Minerul Baita -MM- were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Portugal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Allan Shearer took the corner. In the 17th match minute, Minerul Baita -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bolo Miner to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viriato Moura in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nistor Maghiar saved Minerul Baita -MM- from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Allan Shearer got free with Wilson Amorim in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nistor Maghiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Allan Shearer went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Shearer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Maghiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caetano Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niculae Şantău might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nistor Maghiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Minerul Baita -MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felipe Barreto was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Felipe Barreto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nistor Maghiar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Minerul Baita -MM- getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Cornel Zamfirescu hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Felipe Barreto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nistor Maghiar, 1-2. In the 63rd minute Allan Shearer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciprian Alexe went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Minerul Baita -MM- made a substitution. Ionuț Vasiliu replaced Gordon Miner. The supporters of Minerul Baita -MM- booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qiu Wei Ting blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. 90 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Qiu Wei Ting sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 94th minute of play forced Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Nistor Maghiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96th play minutes Ciprian Alexe shot 5-2, a short shot which went by Wilson Amorim and just under the crossbar into goal. Minerul Baita -MM-'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
