Industrial United's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 24 minutes into the match, Industrial United's goal looked a bit too open when Vörös Henrik came free, but Samuel De Pablo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel De Pablo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 25th minute of the match. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. After the first half Hungary were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Carmelo Rubio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Samuel De Pablo made a huge save. After 85 played minutes Industrial United got a freekick which was hit by Hernán Millán. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Jonas Imre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Imre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel De Pablo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Katona Janos got a free kick in the 94th minute.
