In the 2nd minute, Zeca Lima fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Pedrinho Fahlmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxime Durand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedrinho Fahlmann got free with Maxime Durand in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miau Stars's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arlindo Queiroz in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, France's Alexis Bruneau got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 16th minute, Miau Stars's Zeca Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Pedrinho Fahlmann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maxime Durand came out and tried to block the shot, but Pedrinho Fahlmann slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 21st minute. Pedrinho Fahlmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxime Durand having to make a save. France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Pedrinho Fahlmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Pedrinho Fahlmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Peletier kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Pedrinho Fahlmanns short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Maxime Durand was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Pedrinho Fahlmann capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pedrinho Fahlmann really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Jean Bombelles kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Pedrinho Fahlmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miau Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedrinho Fahlmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedrinho Fahlmann to make the kick off. Miau Stars were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after France's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arlindo Queiroz took the corner. Arlindo Queiroz made a great header on Miau Stars's corner, it was just that France's Maxime Durand managed to reach the ball for a save. Pedrinho Fahlmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxime Durand having to make a save. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrinho Fahlmann in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Pedrinho Fahlmann notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zeca Lima ran back to his position shaking his head. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdulkadir Eraslan having to interfere. Miau Stars made a substitution. Ronaldo Fenomeno replaced Pedrinho Fahlmann. After a rather tough play, France's Camille Baume got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 64th minute of the match. France's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Miau Stars had won, even though France had held more of the ball.
