The throw-in from Joakim Soned in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mattias Finnman went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Mikkel Wulff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Linus Svanström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Pål Askestät kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Linus Svanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Nygaard to maneuver through the defense. Mikkel Wulff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hampus Johansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. Linus Svanström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Mattias Finnman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. A nice corner shot did that Filip Flink got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Keld Paulsen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Denmark's attentive Simon Bendtsen managed to snatch the ball when Aaron Löfgren made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. 54 minutes into the match, Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Linus Svanström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Mattias Finnman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Bertram Svenningsen hit a great ball. Pål Askestät hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Löfgren made in the 86th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jo Blanchaert however managed to control. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Lars Steen got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 92nd minute Hampus Johansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great ball. Filip Flink was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Many of Denmark's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Denmark may have spent more time on the ball, but Average Joes were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
