Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zaccheo Andolina took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute of the match Espigão Steamrollers got a corner. Italy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Fernando Azevedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Tiran Centrih managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 7th minute Roneixon Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roneixon Siqueira scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute Siricio Liotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Patrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Zaccheo Andolina heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Thorstein Heinsmann hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 17th minute of play forced Espigão Steamrollers's goalkeeper Pablo Patrone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Italy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Roneixon Siqueira scored to the left of an out of position Flavio Vittori, making the score, 2-0. Pablo Patrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Porziano Marchitelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Espigão Steamrollers's Pablo Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Porziano Marchitelli in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Espigão Steamrollers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. Espigão Steamrollers's Pablo Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siricio Liotta in the 37th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Espigão Steamrollers's corner Carlos Fernando Azevedo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavio Vittori quite easily take care of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roneixon Siqueira made a kick off. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roneixon Siqueira in the 55th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Pablo Patrone skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pablo Patrone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigfrido Auletta went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Pablo Patrone successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roneixon Siqueira in the 69th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Espigão Steamrollers got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Netto. In the 79th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Patrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Areion Koulpasis, made in the 83rd minute of the game. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarcisio Galvão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute of the match, Adriano Curto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pablo Patrone saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The throw-in from Carlos Fernando Azevedo in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. 94 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Tarcisio Galvão came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Italy's Adriano Curto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pablo Patrone. Pablo Patrone yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Italy played a much better game than Espigão Steamrollers and deserved their victory. The Espigão Steamrollers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
