Zbyszko Sokol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 0-7.

In the 65th minute, Takacs Tibor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zbyszko Sokol. The goal made the score 0-10. Major Barna scored 0-11 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zbyszko Sokol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Major Barna dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zbyszko Sokol, 0-12. Antal Valentin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zbyszko Sokol came out and tried to block the shot, but Antal Valentin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-13 in the 75th minute. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Zbyszko Sokol managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Hungary's Antal Valentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Zbyszko Sokol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
