The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Nygaard got free with Pierre-Olivier Couronne in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Planète Marseille's Pierre-Olivier Couronne proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Planète Marseille from getting a goal against them. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre-Olivier Couronne having to interfere. 72 minutes in the game, Anatole Duchâtel fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. When Anatole Duchâtel fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Planète Marseille's protests and gave Anatole Duchâtel a yellow card for diving instead.
