Lázaro Cefero ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lázaro Cefero in the 13th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Zaccheo Andolina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marno F.C.'s Aldo Beltxe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 18th minute of play forced Marno F.C.'s goalkeeper Aldo Beltxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Beltxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 22nd minute of the match. Zaccheo Andolina struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Aldo Beltxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Italy. Aldo Beltxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zaccheo Andolina in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aldo Beltxe saved Marno F.C. from getting behind. Marno F.C.'s Aldo Beltxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 34th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Marno F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Aldo Beltxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaccheo Andolina was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Marno F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Abilio. It was beautiful to see Italy's Sigfrido Auletta in action when he in the 53rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Aldo Beltxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Lázaro Cefero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marno F.C.'s Aldo Beltxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 62nd minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Marno F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Aldo Beltxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio López replaced Igor Jokin. With a little luck, Marno F.C.'s Aldo Beltxe got control of the ball when Sigfrido Auletta tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Italy booed when Marno F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pete Sutcliffe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Italy's Porziano Marchitelli dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. Zeledon Valiente struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Flavio Vittori didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marno F.C.. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Marno F.C.'s Zeledon Valiente. But to his dismay, Zeledon Valiente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 93rd minute Adriano Curto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Beltxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Beltxe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guiscardo Davide in the 96th minute. Italy were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Marno F.C. to leave the ground with a draw.
