Dre Schipmans received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Dre Schipmans slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. Dre Schipmans's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dre Schipmans helped the player get up and apologised. Germany's Rolf Rothberg was substituted for Albin Holweck. In the 9th match minute, Bahrtys Talanger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dre Schipmans to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Bahrtys Talanger's Mattias Strömberg got a free kick in the 13th minute. If Rolf Rothberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 26 minutes, Gottfrid Stor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bahrtys Talanger's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gottfrid Stor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 31 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Linus Schwerner. Bahrtys Talanger's Gottfrid Stor got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfons Lövgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Malte Schiele got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gottfrid Stor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dre Schipmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 58th minute of play forced Bahrtys Talanger's goalkeeper Alfons Lövgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 61st minute. Bahrtys Talanger made a substitution. Tobias Deckberg replaced 邓广烨. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gottfrid Stor in the 67th minute of play. In the 87th minute Gottfrid Stor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute of the match Bahrtys Talanger got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mattias Strömberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Bahrtys Talanger's Mattias Strömberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Tommy Kahn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 90th minute, Chris Mergenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Rothberg.
