Sandro Galishoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Zachary Pankowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Auer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Fabio Schneider struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Tadeusz Walkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Austria. In the 27th minute, Antoni Bycofski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tadeusz Walkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandro Galishoff in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Sandro Galishoff made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Ekipa Gabi got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Bycofski. Ekipa Gabi's Tadeusz Walkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Nalder in the 53rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barnaba Lamczyk in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Auer saved Austria from getting behind. After taking down the ball on Ekipa Gabi's corner Barnaba Lamczyk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabio Auer quite easily take care of the ball. When Barnaba Lamczyk came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ekipa Gabi fans jumped to their feet. It was beautiful to see Austria's Sandro Galishoff in action when he in the 74th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Pankracy Kosowski charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pankracy Kosowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pankracy Kosowski hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. If Fabio Schneider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Schneider's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeusz Walkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ekipa Gabi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
