Justino Marcones could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. After having played for 44 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Severino Hulberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 51st minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Lorencio came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Sven Krakouer put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 68th minute of the game. One of Germany:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rivermania FC:s goal. The referee gave Rivermania FC a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Victor Bazkoare, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. 7-0. In the 76th minute 叶翀文 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Germany booed when Rivermania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Densill 李伟锋 didn't get a good kick on the ball.
