Severino Hulberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 10 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victor Bazkoare who took care of the corner kick. Victor Bazkoare made a great header on Rivermania FC's corner, it was just that Hungary's Fodor Daniel managed to reach the ball for a save. 13 minutes into the game, Victor Bazkoare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rivermania FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. The supporters of Hungary booed when Rivermania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Bazkoare didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Hulberto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Balazs Lajos's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Balazs Lajos sped through Rivermania FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Severino Hulberto. Severino Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 21st minute of the match. Rivermania FC's Severino Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 21st minute of play. Erasmo Lorencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 33rd minute of play forced Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Severino Hulberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes Rivermania FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Victor Bazkoare hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 39th minute of play forced Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Severino Hulberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rivermania FC's Victor Bazkoare got a free kick in the 40th minute. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Severino Hulberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 52nd minute of play. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Lorencio in the 57th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Lorencio in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute Erasmo Lorencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Jacobo Santxol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erasmo Lorencio's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Erasmo Lorencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Victor Bazkoare. With a little luck, Rivermania FC's Severino Hulberto got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Rivermania FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Rivermania FC's Severino Hulberto managed to reach the ball for a save. Hungary's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
