Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hardi Jucknischke came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Hardi Jucknischke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. In the 14th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hardi Jucknischke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Glorioso Deportivo Cali got a freekick which was hit by Omar Arnaldo. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Arnaldo in the 24th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hardi Jucknischke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartosz Wicherek in the 33rd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Bartosz Wicherek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hardi Jucknischke having to interfere. Hardi Jucknischke came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. In the 44th minute Glorioso Deportivo Cali were awarded a corner. Tzvetan Mudrov went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Bartosz Wicherek to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartosz Wicherek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Hardi Jucknischke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Glorioso Deportivo Cali from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute, Balazs Lajos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Arnaldo in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 68 minutes, Bartosz Wicherek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glorioso Deportivo Cali's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartosz Wicherek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antal Valentin might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hardi Jucknischke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antal Valentin ran back to his position shaking his head. Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Hardi Jucknischke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Glorioso Deportivo Cali from getting a goal against them. When Omar Arnaldo came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Glorioso Deportivo Cali fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Arnaldo couldn't finish the play. Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Hardi Jucknischke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Glorioso Deportivo Cali from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute, Tzvetan Mudrov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antal Valentins short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Hardi Jucknischke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Major Barna sped through Glorioso Deportivo Cali's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hardi Jucknischke. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Glorioso Deportivo Cali throughout the match.
