But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niculae Podgoreanu couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Silviu Lung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silviu Lung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Vintilă Moiș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vintilă Bordeanu. Costin Neacșu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Arnout Reekers when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vintilă Moiș kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silviu Lung. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bas Tuitert to maneuver through the defense. When Dan Chirilă came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the -BZF- Viper eSports fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Chirilă couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silviu Lung narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The -BZF- Viper eSports players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 0-1.

Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costin Neacșu in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silviu Lung saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 55th minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that -BZF- Viper eSports's Silviu Lung managed to reach the ball for a save. -BZF- Viper eSports's Silviu Lung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 59th minute of play. Edgar Chelbea charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar Chelbea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st match minute, -BZF- Viper eSports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Chelbea to maneuver through the defense. -BZF- Viper eSports's Silviu Lung proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Viper eSports from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's goalkeeper Silviu Lung had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Netherlands's protests and gave Gustaaf Groeneveldt a yellow card for diving instead. Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind -BZF- Viper eSports's goalkeeper Silviu Lung, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niculae Podgoreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 77th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egbert Nijveldt to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Dan Chirilă managed to get in a good position for a shot. -BZF- Viper eSports's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Chirilă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silviu Lung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 80th minute. Kees Mooiweer hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. With a little luck, -BZF- Viper eSports's Silviu Lung got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 95 played minutes -BZF- Viper eSports got a freekick which was hit by Nechifor Mironescu. 95 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silviu Lung narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The -BZF- Viper eSports supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Netherlands's performance. The match ended with a win for Netherlands.
