Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FC Bansko's Dimitar Vetzov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gust Ennemans in the 3rd minute of play. 3 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gust Ennemans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dimitar Vetzov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Bas Tuitert got a free kick in the 5th minute. Dimitar Vetzov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dimitar Vetzov. Dimitar Vetzov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avgustin Lúskov, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 24th minute of play forced FC Bansko's goalkeeper Dimitar Vetzov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. FC Bansko's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Bansko's Dimitar Vetzov did a great save. The attack was good, but when Lars Meesters in the 26th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Dimitar Vetzov came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. David Eikelkamp kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bansko's goalkeeper Dimitar Vetzov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Wim Wilmes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dimitar Vetzov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Venko Petrov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. The FC Bansko players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 0-4.

With a little luck, FC Bansko's Dimitar Vetzov got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to FC Bansko getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Venko Petrov hit a great ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Dimitar Vetzov made a huge save. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dimitar Vetzov firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Bansko's Kuncho Glavchev was substituted for Venko Petrov. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Dimitar Vetzov in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Dimitar Vetzov however easily saved by the left post. In the 88th minute Kuncho Glavchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avgustin Lúskov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Bansko's Hristiyan Karaleev got a free kick in the 91st minute. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
