In the 14th minute of the game Bruno Bastos made a throw-in which Faustino Almeida played forward. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Jerônimo Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Jerônimo Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Bastos. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Jerônimo Veloso sent off a good shot on target. Jerônimo Veloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yu Han Xing having to make a save. Yu Han Xing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 24th minute of play. 赵宽诚 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when 赵宽诚 sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a free kick in the 26th minute. Jerônimo Veloso might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerônimo Veloso ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 47th minute of the match, Jerônimo Veloso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilson Amorim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

Mateus Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. Mateus Cruz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yu Han Xing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Caetano Moreira in the 78th minute. 【№1】Q帅帅人见人爱花见花开 were furious when Eloy Medero was red carded, 81 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The Portugal players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
