After 33 minutes Dapotan Eagles Fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Vanderstraeten who took care of the corner kick. Belgium's Yves Dervaux was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ramang Hermansyah in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Belgium fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Belgium's Yves Dervaux looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dapotan Eagles Fc's Cai Zhi Qi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Simon Sabbe, made in the 40th minute of the game. 44 minutes into the match, Dapotan Eagles Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Ramang Hermansyah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Dapotan Eagles Fc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Belgium were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chayo Gabas to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Edward Vanderstraeten could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Ramang Hermansyah however easily saved by the left post. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dapotan Eagles Fc's goalkeeper Ramang Hermansyah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 74 minutes, Joni Rotinsulu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dapotan Eagles Fc and the Belgium players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joni Rotinsulu hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Dapotan Eagles Fc made a substitution. Apolo Agurto replaced Chayo Gabas. Dapotan Eagles Fc's Syamsir Tanzil was substituted for Adeng Manurung. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Ramang Hermansyah made a huge save. If Apolo Agurto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th minute Apolo Agurto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramang Hermansyah read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Apolo Agurto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Harry Tirtana made in the 94th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Apolo Agurto however managed to control. After 95th play minutes Apolo Agurto shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Casper Claes and just under the crossbar into goal.
