Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Albert Fitzgerald started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Ross Ingram managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAFC1905's supporters rose to their feet, but Ross Ingram was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute, Daniel Parkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Fitzgerald in the 11th minute of play. Albert Fitzgerald took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Fitzgerald came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albert Fitzgerald scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Germany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frank Sachs in the 37th minute. Frank Sachs made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that CAFC1905's Guus Zalm managed to reach the ball for a save. Ray Titmuss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Germany players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CAFC1905 were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CAFC1905's goalie prevented a goal. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Albert Fitzgerald sent off a good shot on target. If Norman Brent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, CAFC1905's Ray Titmuss dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. After having played for 69 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. 80 minutes in the game, Norman Brent fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. CAFC1905's Gregory Tompkins was substituted for Ross Ingram. CAFC1905's Itzhak Gilaon was substituted for Norman Brent. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 84th minute of play forced CAFC1905's goalkeeper Guus Zalm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulrich Stein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CAFC1905's Seth Ealham was substituted for Daniel Parkin.
