Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 18th of the match, Mădălin Gâgea tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Henrich Slany got in the way and made a wonderful save. The supporters of ⚽RAE⚽ booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vavrinec Koleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paul Mirea kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Zigmund Maliar kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When Ondrej Biskup fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slovakia's protests and gave Ondrej Biskup a yellow card for diving instead. Ondrej Biskup hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 40th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vavrinec Koleno to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Oneț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Metod Mlynar to maneuver through the defense. Zigmund Maliar charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zigmund Maliar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Zigmund Maliar got a free kick in the 57th minute. Henrich Slany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mădălin Gâgea, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Slovakia's zone, Damian Oneț stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrich Slany came out of the goal and Damian Oneț tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mădălin Gâgea in the 63rd minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Slovakia booed when ⚽RAE⚽ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Oneț didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Metod Mlynar got free with Ernest Enescu in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 75 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Vavrinec Koleno. 80 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Șerbulea came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ⚽RAE⚽ getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Maxim Șerbulea hit a great ball. ⚽RAE⚽'s Damian Oneț got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Maxim Șerbulea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the ⚽RAE⚽ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
