Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Judas Verón started the match with the kick off. Bernardo Raggio came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Sigfrido Auletta. But to his dismay, Sigfrido Auletta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Italy getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Deodato Magliozzi hit a great ball. Bernardo Raggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 10th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zaccheo Andolina in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Raggio saved Belgrano de Pibasog from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zaccheo Andolina in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Raggio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Belgrano de Pibasog's Eustaquio Fortun managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gianpaolo Mascari in the 14 minute of the game. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgrano de Pibasog's Judas Verón. But to his dismay, Judas Verón quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Raggio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Silvio Abadia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano de Pibasog's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Abadia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Vittori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Raggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Raggio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes Belgrano de Pibasog's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Sigfrido Auletta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernardo Raggio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Siricio Liotta kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. A collision led to Belgrano de Pibasog getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Justino Frederico hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Italy's Sigfrido Auletta broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zaccheo Andolina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Sigfrido Auletta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Judas Verón in the 59th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Italy's Bernardo Raggio threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Siricio Liotta, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bernardo Raggio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Judas Verón recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Bernardo Raggio in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernardo Raggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 71st minute of the match. Bernardo Raggio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 76th minute. After some careless play in the Belgrano de Pibasog defense, Sigfrido Auletta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Raggio. The Belgrano de Pibasog fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Raggio should have stopped the shot. Belgrano de Pibasog made a substitution. Garcia Morros replaced Blue Dolar. Belgrano de Pibasog's Iulian Ilinca was substituted for Judas Verón. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. In the 88th minute, Iulian Ilinca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Vittori was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 91st minute Iulian Ilinca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Italy's zone, Iulian Ilinca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal and Iulian Ilinca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Italy were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
