Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antal Valentin took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Gualter Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Paraense. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Guto Taffarel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. In the 17th minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guto Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some careless play in the LUIZ PANATO defense, Balazs Lajos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guto Taffarel. The LUIZ PANATO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guto Taffarel should have stopped the shot. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aki Guardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, LUIZ PANATO's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Guto Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guto Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after LUIZ PANATO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner ended in Balazs Lajos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LUIZ PANATO's Guto Taffarel did a great save. Szekeres Tamas lost his temper 32 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Hungary:s Fodor Daniel showed great skill when he stopped Pedro Luiz Paiva:s penalty. The supporters of Hungary booed when LUIZ PANATO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Imet Naschekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guto Taffarel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carlos Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

With a little luck, LUIZ PANATO's Guto Taffarel got control of the ball when Balazs Lajos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guto Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Orlando Paraense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Orlando Paraense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, LUIZ PANATO's Guto Taffarel got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guto Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Hungary's Hegedus Henrik getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 74th minute of play forced LUIZ PANATO's goalkeeper Guto Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Luiz Paiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Guto Taffarel came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Takacs Tibor. But to his dismay, Takacs Tibor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 91st minute Aki Guardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LUIZ PANATO.
