Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emre Karakushev kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Strambeni's goalkeeper Remus Săvoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. After a rather tough play, Strambeni's Dragoş Cazimir got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Frank Peletier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remy Dupuy to maneuver through the defense. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emre Karakushev's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emre Karakushev in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. When Niculae Dedu fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strambeni's protests and gave Niculae Dedu a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes Strambeni got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Dedu. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Frank Peletier sped through Strambeni's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Remus Săvoiu. If Alexandru Geamănu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Frank Peletier came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Peletier couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Árpád Kutas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Árpád Kutas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Strambeni's goalkeeper Remus Săvoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. In the 41st match minute, Strambeni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Árpád Kutas to maneuver through the defense. Remus Săvoiu made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Frank Peletier sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Strambeni getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Alexandru Geamănu hit a great ball. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Remus Săvoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Peletier made a kick off. Remus Săvoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camille Baume, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Remus Săvoiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Peletier's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Strambeni's Remus Săvoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 55th minute of play. Camille Baume blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remus Săvoiu having to make a save. Strambeni's Remus Săvoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 63rd minute of play. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Árpád Kutas in the 64th minute of the match. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Remus Săvoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute Camille Baume shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Săvoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Frank Peletier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remus Săvoiu. Strambeni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Peletier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Remus Săvoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Peletier in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Frank Peletier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The France fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Strambeni's Ionel Huțupan suffered a sore thigh after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After having played for 96 minutes, Camille Baume managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. France's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camille Baume was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the France players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
