Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Fred Flinta sent off a good shot on target. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Meesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Engström having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 16th minute of play forced Joxa mé trasan's goalkeeper Edward Engström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edward Engström having to make a save. Joxa mé trasan's Edward Engström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Joxa mé trasan's Kevin Hellström got a free kick in the 20th minute. Fred Flinta scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Edward Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Joxa mé trasan's Fred Flinta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arnout Reekers. That made the score 2-1 after 40 minutes of play. After 47 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edward Engström was left in no man's land by his defense there! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fred Flinta to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Edward Engström however easily saved by the left post. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edward Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 57th minute of the match. Edward Engström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 61st minute of play. In the 65th minute of the match Joxa mé trasan got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sabin Macovei ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 67th minute of play forced Joxa mé trasan's goalkeeper Edward Engström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Edward Engström however easily saved by the left post. Joxa mé trasan's Edward Engström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, Joxa mé trasan's Edward Engström got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 77 played minutes Joxa mé trasan got a freekick which was hit by Kaj Kruuse. Joxa mé trasan made a substitution. Jullian Marichal replaced Kevin Hellström. After 78 played minutes Joxa mé trasan got a freekick which was hit by Kaj Kruuse. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Edward Engström in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 82 played minutes Joxa mé trasan got a freekick which was hit by Doyle Brunson. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Flinta in the 84th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Edward Engström threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 86 minutes Joxa mé trasan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edward Engström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A hard shot 93 in the game by Gustaaf Groeneveldt from a close distance when the talented Edward Engström managed to make a qualified save. Joxa mé trasan's players were relieved. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
