After having played for 7 minutes, Ildefonso Balesio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores del Albinegro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Balesio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Aritza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Defensores del Albinegro getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Desiderio Kimetz hit a great ball. Li Sha Yuan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. Defensores del Albinegro's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cornelio Merexildo having to make a save. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes in the game Ildefonso Balesio after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Tommy Kahn. A very good opportunity. Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Shi Yao Zhen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Shi Yao Zhen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 46 minutes into the game, Shi Yao Zhen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn. Shi Yao Zhen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Defensores del Albinegro's Ivan Dalmu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Yao Zhen in the 56th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Desiderio Kimetz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After a long run with the ball, Frank Sachs did a trick in the 70th minute in front of Defensores del Albinegro's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 3-1. An impressive performance by Germany's Frank Sachs! Defensores del Albinegro's Li Sha Yuan got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 87 minutes, Albin Holweck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Defensores del Albinegro players grew even worse after the yellow card. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Defensores del Albinegro fully deserved thier win.
