Shi Yao Zhen charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Shi Yao Zhen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Defensores del Albinegro's Shi Yao Zhen got a free kick in the 2nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 4th minute of play forced Defensores del Albinegro's goalkeeper Cornelio Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Takacs Tibor scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cornelio Merexildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cornelio Merexildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Aritza came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ildefonso Balesio hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores del Albinegro's goalkeeper Cornelio Merexildo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Hungary's Balazs Lajos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cornelio Merexildo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Defensores del Albinegro defense, Hegedus Henrik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cornelio Merexildo. The Defensores del Albinegro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cornelio Merexildo should have stopped the shot. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 27 minutes into the match, Defensores del Albinegro's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Cornelio Merexildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Defensores del Albinegro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. After 33 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Antal Valentin. 37 minutes into the match, Defensores del Albinegro's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Cornelio Merexildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Hungary booed when Defensores del Albinegro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Lixandro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maximo Aritza to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Aritza in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Defensores del Albinegro's Shi Yao Zhen got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Bakos Endre hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the game, Miguel Froila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Defensores del Albinegro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. In the 68th minute, one of Defensores del Albinegro:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Defensores del Albinegro. Defensores del Albinegro:s Cornelio Merexildo showed great skill when he stopped Antal Valentin:s penalty. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Cornelio Merexildo made a huge save. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Kimetz in the 90th minute of the match. Antal Valentin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Cornelio Merexildo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Defensores del Albinegro getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Pastor Lixandro hit a great ball. The Defensores del Albinegro fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
