Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Frank Sachs got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Mexilhão F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Abel de Lara. The supporters of Mexilhão F. C. booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tony Angelsø's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Mexilhão F. C.'s Arthur dos Santos got a free kick in the 8th minute. Nelson Pirani hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Tony Angelsø stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Tony Angelsø tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Mexilhão F. C. fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Mexilhão F. C.'s Tony Angelsø looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 32nd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga Tavares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guga Tavares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sachs in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guga Tavares prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The supporters of Mexilhão F. C. booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Mexilhão F. C.'s Germano Siqueira tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, Tony Angelsø notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tony Angelsø in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. When Mexilhão F. C.'s Tony Angelsø in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Guga Tavares in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 64th minute of play forced Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Guga Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Adrian Dreifuss fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Adrian Dreifuss a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th match minute, Mexilhão F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Pirani to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Guga Tavares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Mexilhão F. C.'s Abel de Lara got a free kick in the 70th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mexilhão F. C.'s zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guga Tavares came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guga Tavares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Guga Tavares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guga Tavares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Siqueira in the 92nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Germany's Frank Sachs slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guga Tavares. That made the score 2-1 after 95 minutes of play. Mexilhão F. C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
