Espinillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. In the 11th match minute, Espinillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Gabirel to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
