In the 11th match minute, Yakusoku no Neverland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quinten Hortiz to maneuver through the defense. After 12 minutes, Quinten Hortiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yakusoku no Neverland and the England players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kyle Cox in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osorio Vargas saved Yakusoku no Neverland from getting behind. Osorio Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Micah Macdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Yakusoku no Neverland players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. England were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karlo Fortes was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Micah Macdonald got free with Osorio Vargas in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of England booed when Yakusoku no Neverland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinten Hortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball.
