With a little luck, Algarrobo's Vinos Chaparro got control of the ball when Toni Mauzer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vinos Chaparro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damir Pongrac in the 11th minute of the match. Vinos Chaparro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Algarrobo's Vinos Chaparro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Mauzer in the 28th minute of play. Croatia's Damir Pongrac got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Eduard Kostelac dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vinos Chaparro, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toni Mauzer got free with Vinos Chaparro in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Alejandro Daire's late challenge caught a Croatia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Alejandro Daire helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, Algarrobo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Alejandro Daire to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Algarrobo's Vinos Chaparro got control of the ball when Damir Pongrac tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vinos Chaparro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damir Pongrac went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Algarrobo getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. José Alejandro Daire hit a great ball. In the 56th minute Neven Culina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinos Chaparro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damir Pongrac took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vinos Chaparro. Vinos Chaparro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When Carlos Saúl Maralla fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Algarrobo's protests and gave Carlos Saúl Maralla a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Algarrobo got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Saúl Maralla. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damir Pongrac in the 67th minute of play forced Algarrobo's goalkeeper Vinos Chaparro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Algarrobo's attentive José Alejandro Daire managed to snatch the ball when Silvije Santek made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. Vinos Chaparro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Mauzer in the 72nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Algarrobo defense, Eduard Kostelac kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinos Chaparro. The Algarrobo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinos Chaparro should have stopped the shot. Silvije Santek hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Neven Culina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinos Chaparro was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 83 minutes into the game, Damir Pongrac cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Vinos Chaparro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Dinko Stankovic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinos Chaparro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Kostelac in the 88th minute of play. Vinos Chaparro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damir Pongrac in the 90th minute of the match. Vinos Chaparro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damir Pongrac went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. In the 95thth minute of the game Neven Culina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Algarrobo's Vinos Chaparro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vinos Chaparro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damir Pongrac, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Vinos Chaparro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Mauzer in the 98th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Croatia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
