The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Costica Vladimiri came free, but Ricardo Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amílton Oliveira during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Magnifico FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Amílton Oliveira hit a great ball. Ricardo Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costica Vladimiri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Rasvan Cristescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amílton Oliveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carol Stinga having to make a save. 13 minutes into the match, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rasvan Cristescu came free, but Ricardo Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Costica Vladimiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carol Stinga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amílton Oliveira went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 33 minutes into the match, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Sanda Cutov came free, but Ricardo Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zamora came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Romania's Adam Olaru. But to his dismay, Adam Olaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 38th minute Costica Vladimiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Ricardo Zamora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costica Vladimiri in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute Adam Olaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugen Nita's late challenge caught a Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugen Nita helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Romania's Eugen Nita got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Adam Olaru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Romania fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Olaru was the one to do the kick off. Romania's Costica Vladimiri got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ made a substitution. Tiago Gabriel Freire replaced Douglas Costa. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Hamílton das Neves was substituted for Mané Tepedino. Romania made a substitution. Anton Stinga replaced Adam Olaru. Narciso Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricardo Zamora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Octavian Vaduva in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Stinga came free, but Ricardo Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Narciso Lopez in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Carol Stinga came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Hamílton das Neves. But to his dismay, Hamílton das Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Romania made a substitution. Alexandru Pangratiu replaced Alex Serban. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandru Pangratiu in the 88th minute of play forced Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ricardo Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Sanda Cutov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ricardo Zamora. The goal made the score 4-4. Anton Stinga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ricardo Zamora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Ciumak in the 95th minute of play forced Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ricardo Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sanda Cutov got free with Ricardo Zamora in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Anton Stinga scored to the left of an out of position Ricardo Zamora, making the score, 4-5. Romania's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
