Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kresten Cosmus in the 12th minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto-Carlos da Silva in the 17th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hassan Wiemert in the 19th minute. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kresten Cosmus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hassan Wiemert got free with Tommy Kahn in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Darkwing Ducks booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kresten Cosmus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Søren Kvols showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Kresten Cosmus took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 38th minute, Hassan Wiemert reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 3-0. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Darkwing Ducks booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hassan Wiemert to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Darkwing Ducks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julián Palacios to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Tugay Raşit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Hassan Wiemert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto-Carlos da Silva in the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Tugay Raşit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Tugay Raşit left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Darkwing Ducks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 78 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Hassan Wiemert came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tugay Raşit in the 80th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Sachs scored 7-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Søren Kvols, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hassan Wiemert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto-Carlos da Silva hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Darkwing Ducks walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
