Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Călin Nisipeanu started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, UFC Tariverde's goal looked a bit too open when Toni Mauzer came free, but Aristide Vlaicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toni Mauzer hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 12 played minutes UFC Tariverde got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Prezan. In the 13th minute, Damir Pongrac got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Damir Pongrac took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Aristide Vlaicu to make any attempt to save it. 20 minutes into the match, UFC Tariverde's goal looked a bit too open when Toni Mauzer came free, but Aristide Vlaicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Croatia's Damir Pongrac dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 34th minute Vali Plopeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toni Mauzer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Călin Nisipeanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ilija Skugor. The goal made the score 2-2. When Vali Plopeanu fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UFC Tariverde's protests and gave Vali Plopeanu a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Horia Bălăiță kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ilija Skugor. That made the score 2-4 in the 69 minute of play. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Vrejiu in the 72nd minute of the match. Aristide Vlaicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Mauzer, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vali Plopeanu. Codruț Petran hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes UFC Tariverde got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Petran. Martin Bosak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Jupân went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Vali Plopeanu hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. UFC Tariverde walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
