The wind increased when Kyle Cox made the kick off in the second half. Caelan Hayes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. José Vítor Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Novaes hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. José Vítor Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The supporters of England booed when Botafogo MZRJ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Kyle Cox ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Vítor Netto was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 61st minute, Issac Dawson made a precise shot to the right of José Vítor Netto. Botafogo MZRJ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. José Vítor Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Gallagher in the 66th minute of play. Caelan Hayes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. José Vítor Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Botafogo MZRJ made a substitution. Gilmar Couto replaced Jailson Capixaba. Botafogo MZRJ's José Vítor Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Issac Dawson in the 78th minute of play. After 94 minutes of play, England's Kyle Cox made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Vítor Netto was left in no man's land by his defense there!
