The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Fernendo in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Paredes in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute Los simuladores FC were awarded a corner. Samuel Ceandro went to the cornerflag to take it. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Los simuladores FC's Máté Kozák proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Los simuladores FC from getting a goal against them. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Máté Kozák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 47 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Fernendo came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. The Germany fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Germany's Albin Holweck looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Germany booed when Los simuladores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Fernendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Máté Kozák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 62nd minute of play. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Fernendo hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The supporters of Los simuladores FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Frank Sachs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hipolito Fernendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hipolito Fernendo struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los simuladores FC. Pablo Paredes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. 96 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Máté Kozák. Los simuladores FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Sachs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Despite being the better team, Los simuladores FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
