Š¢σяpiσиŠ's Emílio Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 13th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Bobby Moore in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Emílio Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deodato Magliozzi to maneuver through the defense. Bobby Moore made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Zaccheo Andolina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Augusto Netto kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emílio Cordeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Italy's Emílio Cordeiro threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zaccheo Andolina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Š¢σяpiσиŠ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Eliseo Cutri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emílio Cordeiro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Porziano Marchitelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emílio Cordeiro having to make a save. Zaccheo Andolina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Emílio Cordeiro made a huge save. Emílio Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Italy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
