Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Zaccheo Andolina started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Zaccheo Andolina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Jan-Åke Emander made a huge save. In the last second Jan-Åke Emander throw himself and got hold of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina in the 7thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 9th minute William Creemers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, William Creemers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Vittori. Italy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that William Creemers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Zena Busacca got a throw-in 16 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Porziano Marchitelli. The Owls's Gino Galante got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. William Creemers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zaccheo Andolinas short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Jan-Åke Emander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 35 minutes into the match, The Owls's goal looked a bit too open when Siricio Liotta came free, but Jan-Åke Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by The Owls's Gino Galante. But to his dismay, Gino Galante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Italy's Eliseo Cutri managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cazimir Dominte in the 41 minute of the game. In the 44th minute of the game Gomberto Picozzi made a throw-in which Gianpaolo Mascari played forward. In the 47th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Åke Emander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jan-Åke Emander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the game, Gino Galante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Flavio Vittori was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Åke Emander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Jan-Åke Emander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Porziano Marchitelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Åke Emander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Siricio Liotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Åke Emander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino Galante in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Galante came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Flavio Vittori successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
