After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Rahmad Lunggana managed to get in a good position for a shot. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Rahmad Lunggana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Rahmad Lunggana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Rahmad Lunggana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferit Boğatekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Caetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Raul Caetano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rahmad Lunggana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rahmad Lunggana struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Wilson Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ. Daniel Pimentel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ferit Boğatekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Fábio Koehler in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Portugal's Bruno Bastos. 58 minutes into the game, Fábio Koehler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Portugal the free kick. Fábio Koehler kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Bartolomeu Dias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahmad Lunggana in the 82nd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferit Boğatekin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. Rahmad Lunggana scored 4-4 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eduardo Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferit Boğatekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 91st minute of the match. The Portugal players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
