Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Sandro Galishoff made the kick off and thus started the match. Amazonas's Raul Carulla got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agustin Malsepica hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Raul Carulla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amazonas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Carulla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Carulla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Auer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match Amazonas got a corner. Austria's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isidoro Zabarte ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Amazonas booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Nalder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bizi Velandia hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Isidoro Zabarte made a great header on Amazonas's corner, it was just that Austria's Fabio Auer managed to reach the ball for a save. Fabio Auer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iratze Canillas went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The throw-in from Niceto Orallo in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Austria's Leonhard Maier. Raul Carulla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Amazonas were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raul Carulla to make the kick off. When Raul Carulla, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 52 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Fabio Auer was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Agustin Malsepica hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Carulla. Emil Seidler made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Amazonas's Isidoro Zabarte. Raul Carulla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Fabio Auer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Jonas Nalder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th match minute, Amazonas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bizi Velandia to maneuver through the defense. Raul Carulla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Austria fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Amazonas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
