The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorrin Briones couldn't finish the play. Ferenc Tököli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 29 minutes of play, Spain's Adria Bielsa made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spain the free kick. Deng Feng kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Jorrin Briones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Deng Feng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Gabriel Ascaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Rapsodas Red Devils FC's zone, Adria Bielsa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferenc Tököli came out of the goal and Adria Bielsa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Spain players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rapsodas Red Devils FC were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorrin Briones stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Rapsodas Red Devils FC defense, Adria Bielsa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferenc Tököli. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferenc Tököli should have stopped the shot. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jerrold Taranco was substituted for Luís Paulo da Fonseca. Rapsodas Red Devils FC made a substitution. Cristiano Salah replaced Jorrin Briones. Ferenc Tököli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3.
