Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo Pacorro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juan Raúl Riquelme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Inter Miami CF's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teo Pacorro came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 20 in the game by Blas Urtungo from a close distance when the talented Fodor Daniel managed to make a qualified save. Hungary's players were relieved. Teo Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 21st minute of play. Teo Pacorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Urtungo. Danilo Illart kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Sean Nabor put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Sean Nabor took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Fodor Daniel to make any attempt to save it. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Alonso in the 42nd minute of play. Juan Raúl Riquelme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danilo Illart kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Blas Urtungo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juan Raúl Riquelme kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Pacorro having to interfere. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper Teo Pacorro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Inter Miami CF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sean Nabor took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. If Sean Nabor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's Blas Urtungo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Enzo Iago was slow to take the kick. During this time Inter Miami CF's players had a chance to rest. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sean Nabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Teo Pacorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teo Pacorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inter Miami CF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
