Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Eloy Elizardo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of River Plate booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theis Winther didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bertram Svenningsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alaaddin Uchiha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 13 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Rico. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alaaddin Uchiha saved River Plate from getting behind. In the 17th minute of the match, Chris Nygaard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alaaddin Uchiha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 20th minute of play forced River Plate's goalkeeper Alaaddin Uchiha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th match minute, River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Odol to maneuver through the defense. Alaaddin Uchiha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alaaddin Uchiha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When River Plate's Emilio Rico in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denmark's goalie prevented a goal. Teofilo Bizi scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. River Plate's Teofilo Bizi got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 46 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Chris Nygaard.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alaaddin Uchiha having to interfere. In the 54th minute Denmark were awarded a corner. Chris Nygaard went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Elizardo in the 57th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Bizi might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keld Paulsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teofilo Bizi ran back to his position shaking his head. Braulio Min's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Braulio Min helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute, Braulio Min hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. River Plate's Alaaddin Uchiha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 65th minute of play. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alaaddin Uchiha having to interfere. Bertram Svenningsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind River Plate's goalkeeper Alaaddin Uchiha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th minute Denmark were awarded a corner. Chris Nygaard went to the cornerflag to take it. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Alaaddin Uchiha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Rico kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Alaaddin Uchiha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 84th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alaaddin Uchiha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alaaddin Uchiha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to River Plate getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Teofilo Bizi hit a great ball. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Denmark had played much better football throughout.
