Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gino Galante made the kick off and thus started the match. The Owls's Jan-Åke Emander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 4th minute of play. Dănuț Lupu kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Ludvigsen. 16 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Recep Talha Kutyan came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gino Galante went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Dănuț Lupu kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Cristian Furdui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to The Owls getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gino Galante hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubarna Harroyo in the 33rd minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubarna Harroyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gino Galante in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35thth minute of the game Gino Galante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dănuț Lupu made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen. 41 minutes into the match, Recep Talha Kutyan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44thth minute of the game Gino Galante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gino Galante took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After the first half The Owls were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Recep Talha Kutyan in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Recep Talha Kutyan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Galante in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, The Owls's Recep Talha Kutyan made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gino Galante in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 played minutes The Owls got a freekick which was hit by Ubarna Harroyo. In the 63rd play minute Ubarna Harroyo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Keld Paulsen. 0-5. Recep Talha Kutyan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Gino Galante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gino Galante could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. Denmark's Lars Steen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dănuț Lupu, made in the 76th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 78th minute of play forced The Owls's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Emander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, The Owls's Gino Galante ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Recep Talha Kutyan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keld Paulsen was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Ubarna Harroyo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ubarna Harroyo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. 95 minutes into the game, William Creemers recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen. William Creemers showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. The Owls played a much better game than Denmark and deserved their victory. The Denmark players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
