Jordan F1 91-05's attentive Wiktor Hodyl managed to snatch the ball when Szekeres Tamas made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. Szekeres Tamas made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Takacs Tibor however managed to control. In the 17th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Boström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jordan F1 91-05's Jens-Ola Boström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 19th minute of play. Szekeres Tamas made in the 22nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Takacs Tibor. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danny Ings got free with Fodor Daniel in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danny Ings in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Antal Valentin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens-Ola Boström was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. In the 40th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Jordan F1 91-05's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Takacs Tibor made in the 41st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Major Barna however managed to control. Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Jordan F1 91-05's Jens-Ola Boström got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Jordan F1 91-05's Danny Ings in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Jens-Ola Boström in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Danny Ings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Danny Ings got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger in the 97th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Jordan F1 91-05 were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
