Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Ekblom. Mattias Jansson came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Frank Sachs. But to his dismay, Frank Sachs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcus Ekblom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 1-1 in the 22 minute of play. Mattias Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Linus Schwerner in the 27th minute of play. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christoffer Mårtensson in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute Christoffer Mårtensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Christoffer Mårtensson in the 35th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Tommy Kahn kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Mårtensson in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Los Frogos getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Olof Hjelm hit a great ball.

In the 51st minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute, Haldun Bilen made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The supporters of Germany booed when Los Frogos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Godholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Mattias Jansson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Christoffer Mårtensson scored 5-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mattias Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 69th minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Mårtensson in the 71st minute of play. Olof Hjelm hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 74th minute of play forced Los Frogos's goalkeeper Mattias Jansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christoffer Mårtensson in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Frogos's goalkeeper Mattias Jansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88th match minute, Los Frogos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mieszko Lichorobiec to maneuver through the defense. Germany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frank Sachs in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute, Fredric Isaksson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. There was no doubt that Los Frogos were the better team. Los Frogos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
