Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute, Ahmet Göktuğ Eker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Ahmet Göktuğ Eker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. 15 minutes into the game, Ferid Songur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Galatasaray's İbrahim Efe Paye got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 19th minute. Major Barna was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 20 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İbrahim Efe Paye narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute Ahmet Göktuğ Eker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Selami Hunalp kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Ferid Songur came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antal Valentin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, İbrahim Efe Paye skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 31 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Ferid Songur came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İbrahim Efe Paye made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the game, Selami Hunalp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galatasaray's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Balazs Lajos took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for İbrahim Efe Paye to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferid Songur in the 41st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balazs Lajos to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferid Songur was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Göktuğ Eker in the 52nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İbrahim Efe Paye having to interfere. After 55 minutes, Balazs Lajos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hungary and the Galatasaray players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. In the 59th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Göktuğ Eker's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mehmet Çağrı Ezgü recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Galatasaray's İbrahim Efe Paye. İbrahim Efe Paye was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 81 minutes into the match, Hegedus Henrik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İbrahim Efe Paye. Galatasaray's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hegedus Henrik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Tayfur Başeskioğlu hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Galatasaray defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İbrahim Efe Paye. The Galatasaray fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İbrahim Efe Paye should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Ferid Songur tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 96 played minutes Galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Abuzer Behzat.
