Prospero Gabirel hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Marcos Ranolfo in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Flavio Vittori didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kraig Fred went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 18 minutes in the game Prospero Gabirel did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Flavio Iraunkor. Kraig Fred might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kraig Fred ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kraig Fred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the game, Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Italy's attentive Eliseo Cutri managed to snatch the ball when Prospero Gabirel made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sigfrido Auletta got free with Marcos Ranolfo in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Flavio Vittori didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kraig Fred went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 46 minutes into the match, Kraig Fred had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Vittori. Italy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kraig Fred was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The Italy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Estudiantes de América were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off in the second half. Ciro Pirro made in the 51st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Kert Roolaid however managed to control. 56 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de América's goal looked a bit too open when Porziano Marchitelli came free, but Marcos Ranolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64thth minute of the game Zaccheo Andolina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Estudiantes de América's Marcos Ranolfo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute, Porziano Marchitelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Estudiantes de América made a substitution. Orlando Beltza replaced Flavio Iraunkor. The Estudiantes de América players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
