Gualterio Shepherd hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Takacs Tibor struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Ermegildo Pacorro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Balazs Lajos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Pacorro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Ermegildo Pacorro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Balazs Lajos went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 14th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Oscar Abascal hit a great ball. In the 20th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Ermegildo Pacorro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. After 23 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Rayman. In the 24th minute, Takacs Tibor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermegildo Pacorro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ermegildo Pacorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Club Almirante Brown's Ermegildo Pacorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Ermegildo Pacorro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benedicto Chale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Benedicto Chale tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Hungary were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Felix Gines made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Club Almirante Brown's Oscar Abascal got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Aristides Rayman charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aristides Rayman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aristides Rayman kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Club Almirante Brown's Ermegildo Pacorro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Club Almirante Brown from getting a goal against them. Major Barna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ermegildo Pacorro came out and tried to block the shot, but Major Barna slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 60th minute. After 62 minutes of play, Club Almirante Brown's Felix Gines made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 68th minute Benedicto Chale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Almirante Brown's Ermegildo Pacorro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Club Almirante Brown from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Club Almirante Brown's Ermegildo Pacorro got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Club Almirante Brown's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Pacorro came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Ermegildo Pacorro came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Almirante Brown.
