Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Vasile Pisculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to El ultimo getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Eliseo Bernabel hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, El ultimo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 6th minute, Serafino Ignazio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Vasile Pisculescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. 13 minutes into the match, El ultimo's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Tao Cheng Zhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ke Xiang in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Ke Xiang notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Netherlands's Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lars Meesters got free with Tao Cheng Zhi in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. El ultimo's Tao Cheng Zhi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save El ultimo from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute, Wim Wilmes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tao Cheng Zhi. The goal made the score 1-2. Felipe Venceslas kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Pisculescu in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Wim Wilmes made a precise shot to the right of Tao Cheng Zhi. El ultimo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ke Xiang made a kick off. In the 60th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tao Cheng Zhi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. El ultimo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Celestino Nisio thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Tao Cheng Zhi, a very annoying self made goal in the 62nd minute which led to 3-2. Tao Cheng Zhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vasile Pisculescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. El ultimo's Carlos Alberto Sabóia was substituted for Felipe Venceslas. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tao Cheng Zhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ke Xiang in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tao Cheng Zhi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El ultimo's Tao Cheng Zhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 76th minute of play.
